June 15th, 2011 Company News, NewsWe Have Moved!
We at Baxter Fensham have for some time been looking for a suitable permanent home for the business. One that reflects our values, provides a good working environment, easy access with good parking and is large enough to facilitate our business development plans for the future. This was no easy task but in the summer of 2010, we agreed the purchase of The Manse from the Trustees of The Grove Methodist Church in Horsforth, Leeds.
We have undertaken extensive refurbishment work as well as internal conversion work to enable the property to function properly as a modern office. As it is probably the oldest property in Horsforth, estimated at some 260 years old, we have also worked closely with the conservation officer to ensure we have also preserved the character of the property.
We finally moved into the new premises on April 27th and despite a few technical and practical hitches, we are now fully functioning, though there is still some cosmetic work to do. The full address details and map locations can be found on the contact page of our website. As a consequence we are now well placed to welcome you be it for a visit or to conduct your next annual review.
